• CCTV installation and maintenance

• Network infrastructure
• Security consulting

3. Service Agreement

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All payments are due within the timeframe specified in the agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Warranty and Liability

SC IT Solutions warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information for service delivery
• Ensuring access to installation sites
• Maintaining equipment after installation
• Complying with local regulations and permits

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to designs, software, and documentation, remain the property of SC IT Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due and payable.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marikina City.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
